As the infant desperately splashes around in the deep water, the second adult rushes over from the other side of the pond to help the troubled animal.

But when the two gentle giants realize they cannot fish the tot out of the deep end using their trunks, they appear to hatch a plan.

In a heart-warming moment, the quick-thinking pair run to the shallow end of the pool and jump into the water.

They crash their way over to the baby and help guide it around the pool to safety.

A third elephant can be seen behind a fence clearly distressed by the infant’s predicament.

The clip ends with the little elephant being brought back to dry land by the two adults.
